Tose’eh Elmi Royaye Parsian Institute & NOOOA Group is a collaborative team of specialists — including school placement advisors, admission testers, learning and behavioral specialists, diagnostic testers, psychologists, and counselors — with over 30 years of combined experience across independent, public, parochial, and charter school systems. We offer comprehensive and collaborative educational consulting services to students and families from preschool through high school.

Our distinctive Collaborative Consulting approach involves bringing two or more of our expert consultants into sessions with families. This model allows us to listen both individually and as a team, discern each student’s needs, and identify the necessary academic, social, or emotional support before recommending the most suitable schools and programs.
